I've tried creating a form using three tables, but the query I ran to join
the tables returned the error "too many fields." It has to be one
form...anything I can do? FYI there are 395 fields.

Responded to in another newsgroup.

It is rarely necessary to post the same issue into more than one newsgroup.
If you feel it is absolutely necessary, please post one time, sending to the
'groups you decided on. That way, an answer in one group shows up in all,
and the folks who volunteer their time here to answer questions don't end up
duplicating each other's answers.
