I maintain a website for an organization which travels frequently. They
would like me to put up a page which would aid them in planning
transportation. It should be password protected and have a form which group
leaders would enter numbers of members needing transportation to venues.
These numbers would then be available to the operations manager via the web
page. Could someone point me in the correct direction, please? I'm not
sure where to begin.

Thanks
Carol

Hi Carol,

Don't know how you're going to take this, but you need to hire a programming
consultant to write this for you. If hosted on a Windows server, it could be
done with ASP or ASP.Net. ASP would be cheaper in terms of consultants.

Carol,
take a look at this demo page:
http://demo.contentseed.com/

it's not really a "database" solution but it's easy enough to use. You
could just set up a table the way you want and let the users simply edit it
with the WYSIWYG editor.
