Form Validation not working

I have set up a form at
http://www.lakecenterchristian.org/development/kidskards.htm . I have
designated certain fields as required in validation, but when I go to test
the site and leave those fields blank, the form still processes, even though
fields are blank. What am I doing wrong?

Form validation in FrontPage works by using JavaScript.

Perhaps the browser has JavaScript turned off.

Try a different computer, or check to see if javascript is enabled.

Thanks - I managed to figure out the form validation problem. However, when
I hit "submit" after selecting cards and typing my information, the following
error page comes up:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

I think it is an error with Front Page extensions, so I am fiddling with the
web hosting service right now to see if that solves the problem.

The problem was not Frontpage extensions. Any suggestions?
