form/sub-form from access to web via frontpage

I am trying to find a way so that visitors on a website
make selections on a website that downloads the data to
two tables I have in Access that are linked by response
ID#. One table is the main form (response table) and is
their first set of responses which are single responses,
the second is the sub form (response details table) which
has 1-5 choices they must select using their ID#. These
tables are linked by the response ID# and I was wondering
if anyone is familiar with the form and sub-form in
Access and whether FrontPage and the web can also do this
feature so that I can have visitors access the web, fill
out the form and subform and have the data transfer to
each of the tables respectively using the response ID#
that links the two tables so I know the responses from
the first table are linked to the second set of
responses.

Hope this makes sense to someone, it has been a huge
project.

I don't know of any examples. However to accomplish you will need to learn
ASP/VBScript.
