Form results saved to password protected directory

Does anyone know how to save Frontpage form results to a password protected directory? I can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you want the form to be password protected, the
resulting data file to be password-protected, or both?

I think lots of forms default the results to go to the _private folder. That folder needs you to
log on to your web host in order to access it...
