Form Results E-mail Formatting Questiion

Hello FrontPage guru's.

I have an intranet page with a Front Page form that e-mails the form results
to my MS Outlook Inbox.

I cannot seem to figure out a way to maintain the carriage returns in any
text box form results when they're e-mailed back to me. The text carries on
in one long, annoying, continuous line.

I've tried different FP settings as well as manually changing some code and
nothing seems to work.

Without guessing, does anyone know exactly how to send text box form results
to an MS Outlook mailbox without losing the carriage returns?

When viewed in Lotus Notes, the carriage returns are maintained.

Select the default text format. The easiest way to see what that is, is to create feedback form and
then look at the form properties.

I did as you suggested but I still got the same result as before. The
carriage returns are lost.

The default setting is "Text database using comma as a seperator."
