1. When I try to upload a file using the upload component box I put on a
webpage, it prompts me for a username and password, any thoughts. It's
probably host related but I would like to make sure. I am hosting on a Unix
platform with FP Extensions supported.

Also is their any way to get rid of the confirmation page that comes up
after a user fills out the form on my site. I have it so they are taking to
a confirmation page afterwards but the frontpage generated "confirmation
page" comes up in between the actual form page and my own confirmation page.
