Form Question

I have left this question in the forms section, but have never received an
answer. I have designed a form that I am no longer using, but it keeps
appearing on when I open some forms. I would like to go back and just use
the original form. How can I delete the form that I designed? I am not
fluent with VBA or any other computer language. I would just like to know
how to get to the folder so that I can delete the unwanted form. Thanks in
advance for your help.
 
On the Tools menu, click Options.

Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options.

Click Custom Forms.

Click Manage Forms.

Select the form in either your personal or organizational forms library, and
then click Delete.
