I've got a fill-in form on my site that works as designed that includes
required fields. However when I receive the email message containing the
text of the form, the email is from "nobody". What do I modify to show that
the email message comes from the person filling out the form (or at least
the email address of the person filling out the form)? Thanks in advance.

Committeeman,

Since the form is being submitted by your site rather than
the users email, it will always be something like this.
Your host could maybe set you up with something a lttle
more user friendly.

The important thing is to set the Reply to: so the users
address shows when you open the email.

Instructions for this below....

Right click inside the Form proper (the dashed or dotted
line around your form).

Select "Form Properties".

Select "Options".

Then "E-mail Results" tab.

Under "EMail message header:" "Reply-to line:" check "Form
field name" and type the field name for your user email
exactly as it appears in Form field properties.

Save and republish.

Now when the email is opened, the form will still be sent
by the site, but the Reply to will be the users email.

Hi GOP Pct Committeeman,

If you required additional functionality such as template emails, email set
to the visitor upon submission, email sent to multiple recipients and the
ability to handle information across forms take a look at SEND IT!
