form properties how do I "Send to File name when greyed out?

In my Frontpage Form properties dialog box, I am trying to type in a location
to send, but it is greyed out and I can't do anything. I've tried everything
I know to get it active.
What can I do?

Only available when have FP set up to use the FP extensions to process the form, check your page
option settings. Also Send to Other can not be check under Form Properties.
