Form Problem - help!

I created a form in FrontPage 2003, had the program create a database, and
specified a confirmation page that I had built (with an .asp extension).
When I published the website, when a user hits the "submit" button, it does
not take the user to the confirmation page. Instead it takes the user to an
address that ends in "webbot self", and gives them a message that the page
does not exist. What am I doing wrong? I am on a tight deadline, my boss is
about to kill me, and I can't figure this out! Any help is greatly
appreciated!

Are you publishing to a Windows IIS web server via FP's File Menu | Publish Site command?

Ok, then try this..

Open the live/remote site directly in FP, then open your form, make a small change, then save and
test.
