form placement

I use dual monitors with VB.Net Sometimes my forms display on the left
monitor and sometimes on the right. However, they seem to be consistent
(any one form always displays on the same monitor). Can someone tell me
what determines on which monitor the forms will display?

I have the same problem.
It looks like VS starts form on default monitor, but hte position is
different, set by starting position of the form.
