form not working?

What is the problem?
I got a confirmation page.

You should put validation on the form. You do this by right clicking on the
form field then editing the validation requirements.
If your looking for data you will have to tell it beyond the email address
you are sending it to.
 
Some other things that you should do is make up your own confirmation page or
hide some of the output from the current confirmation page.
These are done by right clicking on the form properties.

it doesn't appear to be sending the e-mail to the desired recipient.

Has the host properly configured the forms to email transport in the FP
server extensions on the remote web?

I'm not sure-there are certainly extensions instaled, as I can
recalculate from the fpadmin site. is there a way I can check?
