Form not working! Help

I am trying to get a form to work on my webpage and its giving me this after the submit button is pressed...it is hosted by alltel..

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed

If you get this in browser preview, don't worry about it.

If however, you get this on your published site, then
either the extensions are corrupt or not installed on the
server.

The FrontPage form relies on both the FrontPage Server
Extensions and publishing with FrontPage to http location.

If you are doing it on a website, having FrontPage server extensions.
Do the following

1. Do a recalculate Hyperlinks from the FrontPage
2. Do a recalculate web from the IIS MMC
3. In some cases its found that users are setting manual permissions on the
website content area and the form submission will not work

after these action try creating a new page and insert a sample form and test

one question what is version of FP server extension you have in your
website
