form not showing up correctly

Dear all,

i've created an outlook form for a calendar. The form has several tab-pages
with different items to fill in by the users. When you save and close the
form, the item is saved in the calendar and automatically forwarded (set-up
through the administration| Folder assistant) to a dedicated user.
When any user opens the item in the calendar he/she can see what information
has been saved under the different tabs.
The problem is that the message (copy of what has been booked in the
calendar)that is forwarded to the dedicated user, is not showing up correctly
on outlook XP machines. It only shows the appointment/scheduling tabs, all
the rest is gone.
The booked item, in the calendar is viewable on all kinds of office
versions, showing all tabs.

Any idea why the tabs in a forwarded message is not viewable on outlook xp
machines?
thanks for any suggestion or help,
best regards

Where is the custom form published? When the appointment is forwarded by the
folder assistant rule, is it being received as an attachment to an email
message?

Hello Sue,
thanks for replying to this message,
this form is published on the calender folder (in pub. folders) itself. The
method used to forward the item is: standard. I already tested with changing
that to 'leave the message intact and insert message as an attachment" but
this doesn't change it.

Should this form be published in a special library in order to work correctly?
thanks

I still don't understand what recipients are seeing. Is it an appointment
attached to a mail message? A meeting request?

In any case, if you want the items to display the form when they appear
anywhere other than in that folder, you'll need to publish the form to the
Organizational Forms library or each user's Personal Forms library.
