Form not displaying correctly

Hi All!

I created a form so the office boss could see our database easier.
Trouble is, while it worked ok on our screen, when my boss copied it
to his laptop, the form appeared crunched up. Several fields did not
appear until you scroll down for them. At the bottom of the screen
there is a big grey area.

It all appears ok on my computer. Why the difference on my boss's
computer? Can anyone help me sort this out? My boss is abit narked
about this.

Is he running the same display resolution? My guess is not.

It looks like he is running the same resolution. I will check though.
