Form Launcher not finding Tasks folder when sending

Sue,
I have been using your FormLauncher you suggested previously in our folder
based application when sending two different custom forms from the same
folder. Just discoverd an anomaly with it that I have not been able to solve
and would appreciate your help.
First of all, here is the configuration:
1) Folder containing the Folder Launcher is a folder in a PST that is
separate from the default PST.
2) Folder has a custom email form and a custom Task form published to it.
3) Designated target folders for both email and tasks are in the same PST
as the form launcher folder.
4) Folder launcher sends the custom email form and posts it to the target
email folder with no problem.
Here is the problem:
1) The problem is when I try to send the custom Task form....it immediately
presents following Microsoft Office Outlook Warning dialog box: "The Tasks
folder could not be found."
2) I have checked and double checked the configuration of the launcher for
Form Name, Form Message Class and Targe Folder Path and find nothing wrong.
3) I have even tried targeting different Task folders in both the same and
a different PST with same results.
4) Am using following as Target path syntax "ExporTrack_2003/Export Task
Requests" where Export Task Requests is a "Type:Folder containing Task Items"
in same PST as the launcher.
Even tried re-installing launcher and reconfiguring, but get same problem.
The Read Me file says that the installing of the launcher is by holding down
CTL key while draging Forms folder to a location in a Public Folder. In my
case, I am dragging to a folder in a PST...does this make a
difference?...doesn't seem to bother the launch of the Email form...just the
launch of the Task form.
Any suggestions as to how I can debug and solve this problem.??

Is ExporTrack_2003 the *exact* display name of the .pst file? Is Export Task
Requests a top-level folder in that .pst?
