When I assign caption to my Access2003 form, let's say "Main form", the real caption says Microsoft Access - [Main form]. Is there a way to remove words "Microsoft Access" from caption, from mdb or mde files. Simple question, but I couldn't find an answer ...

That only happens if the form is maximized, so the form's caption is
combined with the application's caption.

You can set the application caption under Tools | Startup.
