Form feed at start of print job.

I have an HP DeskJet 890C printer attached to a Vista PC.

Each time I print something the printer starts with a page eject, so I
always get a blank page at the start of each print job.

I've looked to a setting that I could change to avoid this - so far without
success

Is it possible to stop the form feed, and if so how?.

Hello Michael,

As I don't have the printer you do, I'm just generalizing what to look for
on your specific printer.

Look for a setting or radio button that says "Separator Page," and see if
you can suppress a separator page being generated within that dialog box.

So if I can't find the button it is an issue I should perhaps progress with
HP as they presumably wrote the driver.

Hello again Michael,

Yes, if I were you, I'd definitely go to the H-P site for a solution to the
problem you're having.

Even if there IS a Windows Vista-supplied driver for your H-P Printer, I
suspect that a company as big as H-P would have their own set of drivers for
every printer they produce.

I've always had some sort of H-P supplied installation disk or CD come with
every H-P printer that I've ever purchased.
