Outlook 2003:

I've published new custom form, but can not open the form. I get the
following error message : "The form you selected could not be displayed. The
form required to view this message can not be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

I've tried:
- empty the cache
- publish to different libraries/folders

Please help?

Ken,

l've tried it, but still get the same error message. What would you
recommend I try next?

Did you actually go into the file system to delete the cache folders and
files or just use the Manage facility in Outlook to clear the forms cache?
I'd try the deletion route. If that doesn't work you might have to google
for other solutions for that error message or possibly open a support case
with Microsoft.

Yes, I did delete the cache file in it's actual location on my pc - not just
using manage. No luck.

Thanks for the effort, I will try elsewehere.

I can't get any custom form to open.

I have now tried the following - to no avail:
- Manage -> Clear Cache
- Delete Cache File
- Install Office 2003 service pack 3
- Increase size of cache memory
- Go in design mode and publish a standard form under a different name
without changing anything.

I've been troubelshooting for days without success. It is common problem on
all my office machines. We are running Exchange.

Any sugestions, what do I do next?

Thanks

I have no idea. I'd suggest that you open a case with Microsoft on your
problem.
