forgotten password

I forgot the password to access windows 2000 professional
I turned off computer and restarted it but can not get
past password any help would greatly be
appreciated.

I think you're hosed. Win2K and WinXP have "real" security (unlike win9x). You
might be stuck with a reformat and reinstall. Do you perhaps have any other user
profiles set up that might not have passwords on them?
