Forgotten password

forgot user id and password.
I need then to get into PC.
How can I get in to PC without User id and password to
change User ID and password?

One approach is to do a Google search for "lost administrator password."

Another is to format the hard disk and reinstall Windows.

put your hard disk as a slave on other machine , search for SAM file , Delete it , return the hard disk to it's machine now you can log on with account administrator without password . "note you have to enable hidden folder to be shown before you do the search " the o/s may corrupt , but you gain access.

There is a bootdisk you can get from the site that lets
you reset the password to your choosing. Change the
password for the Administrator account and then log in as
Administrator.
