forgotten password to Outlook Express

I cannot access email on Outlook Express because the
password has been forgotten.

Do you know how to access/change password?

You mean your OE Identity password or the mail server password? Most likely
you'll have to talk to the mail server administrators about resetting the
POP3 password for you.
