Forgotten main password when first started up on the computer,please help!!!!

I have just bought my son a football game for the
pc.Everytime we try to Download game it comes up that we
havent got enough privaliges,i can not remember my
password as the Administrator.Can you advise me what to
do please,i would be so grateful.Thank you.
