forgotten administrator password and no hint!!!

please help somebody.i am the administrator for my home pc.i change the password regularly as i have a very intelligent son who keeps cracking them.unfortunately i have forgotten my password and there is no hint coming up!!!what do i do to gain access to my account.i am using windows xp home.please help!!!

As it's his fault tell your son if he doesn't crack this password he's grounded for the next 6 mths.!
