forgotten internet supervisor password

how can i clear and/or reset, cannot access nonrated site.
set security levels to protect children from obscene sites
 
Did you receive an answer on how to deal with a forgotten
password to change internet settings? We want to change
some settings and can not remember the password we
entered. Very frustrating.
