yes, if you have another account with administrator privilidges on that pc
you can just change it.if its the only admin account on the pc you can still
change it but its risky and not easy.
also if the user in question has or uses encrypted files they will be
unnaccesible
unless you remember the original password.
its stored in the registry sam files and is an encrypted hash.
if you need password security then you better remeber your password
theres no point passwording things if you have a faulty memory
also theres no point in having system passwords that can be easily
circumvented
