Forcing logoff of local limited account when logging in remotely

I am an administrator of a machine and there is also a limited
account for other users. When I try to log in remotely, it asks the
limited account if it would like to permit me to log in, which the
answer is usually no.
How do I force a log off of this account when I log in? Also,
how would I prevent them from immediatly kicking me off by logging in
locally or doing so later when I fail to answer no when they try to log
in? This may sound like an odd request but Im sick of my roomates
having control of my computer and having to run downstairs to stop them.

How about password protecting your limited account and creating
different accounts for your roommates? Surely they must be longing for
privacy as you do!! Also set a password to screen saver so that no one
get in except you!!

As an adminitrator you can force log off from Task Manager (three finger
salute - CTRL+ALT+DEL) and USERS TAB.

I am the administrator in this case and I would like everyone, not only
my roomates, to have limited access to the machine. However, if I would
like to log in remotely, I would like full control over the system. I
do not want them to have a choice of wether I can log in or not. They
do not require seperate accounts because the only things I want to
permit them to do is to surf the net and play music, not have their own
files or settings. The limited account is currently password protected.
