forcing data entry

Is there a way (on Access 97), upon start up, to "pop up" 5 data entry forms
(the same form-5 times), thereby forcing someone to do the data entry. I can
have the form display upon initiation (via a shortcut on desktop), but can't
have multiple forms displayed.

Or
set up reminders that come up and say "You still have 5 forms to
complete,,,,, you still have 4 forms to complete,,, 3 forms,,,2 forms,,,1
form... you have completed your 5 forms.
