Forced reboot with services.exe error code 1073741819

I am running XP Home with S2 and yesterday I started getting this
error code. I then go into a reboot cycle constantly. I ran the
sasser and blast virus fixes from symantec - but neither found
anything. Also, I thought SP2 fixed everything related to these two
viruses.

Anyone have any thoughts on what virus could be infecting my computer
- or what else could be causing this error. Actually I really care
about fixing it!
