Force Page Layout View

Hi Groupies

Is is possible to force a document to open up in Page Layout view?
 
A document will always open in the view and at the zoom in which it was
saved unless the recipient opens it directly from an attachment and has
Reading Layout view (Onscreen Reading view in Word 2007) enabled. This has
nothing to do with the template except that if you change it in the
template, the change will be propagated to new documents based on that
template (it will not affect existing ones).
