I travel a lot with my laptop, and use the hibernate
function.
Typical situation.
1.Boot up, log on in office on network
2.hibernate, leave office.
3.resume, exit oulook, restart , choose offline option,
hibernate
4. Back in office and on network, exit outlook, restart
and office starts up offline. How cqn I make it start
online?

Which outlook are you using?

Outlook starts in the same status as when it closed - so you'll need to go
online at the office. You could copy your profile and use one for home (set
to work offline) and use one at work (set online)
