force gpo to apply

There was a key word that i keep on forgetting, it forced the current gpo to
apply, and all you had to do was restart... does anyone know this keyword
 
For W2K, isn't it:

secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce
secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy /enforce
 
For secedit, theoretically, it only refresh security related settings, not
all settings.
To ensure that all settings are refresh, logoff and logon again for users
settings, reboot machine for computer settings.
