Force Deletion

I want to delete some files and the system does not permit it! However these
files are useless and old ones.Any way or tool to force deletion despite the
system will?

What error ar eyou getting? Take ownership and give yourself permissons
then delete them.

Dear friend,
it's impossible to delete these files no matter what I do. The message I get
is "Cannot delete ntuser.pol:Access is denied". However there is no such file!
The only solution is to force deletion by some kind of tool I do not know or
by deceiving windows
