Force deferred outgoing mail to leave immediately

I am using Outlook 2003. I have created a rule to delay all my
outgoing mail by 10 minutes.

That is, I've done Tools->Rules and Alerts and then selected

a) New Rule
b) Start from a blank rule
c) Check messages after sending
d) Next -> defer delivery by a number of minutes

For most of my mail, I prefer delaying it by 10 minutes just in case I
think of something or someone else I need to add before the message
goes, or if my fingers are too fast on the "ctrl-enter" keys. So I'd
like to keep the deferment as a general rule.

My question is, is there a way to force a message to be sent
immediately? For example, if I am sitting in a meeting and someone
wants me to send a mail to them, I don't want to say "sure, it's in my
outbox, just wait for 10 minutes and you can get it". Preferably I'd
like to go to the Outbox and right click on the message and say "Send
Now".

Thanks,

lc
