ERORR SAYING FORBIDDEN YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO
ACCESS ON THIS SERVER

This is because there is a locked webpage behind the address you type. You have to own the webpage to view the file(s) behind the page. If this happens with general websites, try to get in touch with the site owner and gain access. This also happens if there is just a file folder behind the page, and not a webpage.
