403 Forbidden error

Hi, for some unknown reason I keep getting this error below, when I try to
go to my fav website !!

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Well I have not a clue why this is happening, the admins on the website have
checked everything at their end and nothing is blocking me there.
The suggestion is perhaps it's my pc ? but I've changed nothing I know of
since I was last able to visit moongamers.com without any problems.
I run two web browsers IE 6 and Mozilla, getting the exact same error on
both.
I'm totally stuck and appreciate any help to resolve this problem so I can
speak with my friends again and view the website.

Have you checked the Security settings in Internet Explorer? They may be
set too high.

403's errors CANNOT be generated from an incoming machine visiting a web
server.
The site you are visiting has denied access to you and/or visitors based on
either IP range, User Agent or Referer page.

Try going through a proxy - use Firefox.

http://www.stayinvisible.com/index.pl

That will give you a totally different apparant IP so if you are
blocked via IP ranges a proxy will by pass it.

It comes up fine for me, using Mozilla 1.7. Either it was a temporary
misconfiguration that has since been fixed, or you specifically are
being blocked (by the site, not by your own computer).
