For a NAME in Word, it should not be a spelling error, just "Name.

When writing names in Word, it should not be underlined to signify a spelling
error, but Word should recognise it as a name.
 
Word does recognize many names, and others that you use frequently you can
add to the custom dictionary. How would you expect Word to recognize a name.
Not every word that is capitalized is a name.
