footnote text language problem

Hi!
I have a template where all styles and the spellcheck language is set to
english (My Word application is Swedish). It works as i should except for
when I insert a footnote the footnote text is set to Swedish. I have set the
footnote style to english. Is this a problem regarding to which keyboard
language I use, or am I missing something here.

If you have modified the Footnote Text style and saved the change to the
template, I can't think why you would be experiencing this problem, though
the keyboard language can certainly be significant.
