how can i use my fonts on web page so people can see the
fonts without them download it to there machine. Is there
a way?

You mean when you'er writign cod in HTML tags it's simple
you use font tag like this <font color= yellow size=14
type= time new roman> ....here what u want people
see..</font>
and here we go..
 
No. IE will use the fonts available on the client machine. If not available
the one closes to it.
