We have recently reset our machine back to the factory
settings and subsequently lost one of our
fonts 'Calligraph421 BT'. Does anyone know where we can
access this or how we are able to re-instal it on our
machine. I have searched the Internet for it but so far
no luck.

Don't know what search engine you used. Evidently google.com is a better one.
