fonts behaving crazzzy

Hi,

Whenever I type a mail its taking so small font size.I made it standard
Arial 10pt, But when ever I type its so small.when I increase the size and
send that mail to somebody then they get in the normal font size.

so for me its very small and for somebody its very big.Any help??
