fonts are too large

When I use Word 2003 the font size says 12pt but in reality they are closer
to 14 pt. This happens across the font sizes. Also, this is true not only of
the display of the font on teh screen but also the printed font. I have tried
unistalling and reinstalling the whole program with no sucess...help.
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
