fontpage 2002 problem with autothumbnails in preview mode go to v.

hi
im running a network and with admin settings the is no problem in user
settings i get the problem of the kids not being able to view there
thumbnails in preview mode on frontpage 2002 and instead it pops up with a
download box saing open or save. i need to resolve this issue very quickly

It sounds as if the thumbnails and images are located "outside" of the web.
The images need to be "inside" the web before the thumbnails are created.
