Is there a Web server facility in XP Pro so I can use FP more effectively on my new XP workstation? Thanks in advance.

Win XP Pro comes w/ IIS (replaces PWS) which supports the FP SE
You need to install IIS from Control Panel Add Remove Programs Windows Components
Then see below for how to Download and Install the FP 2002 SE

xp pro comes with Internet Informtation Server so you can test the functionality
of your FP web or ASP components - the 'standard' for windows web servers. -
what do you mean by "More effectively" ?

Thanks for that. Good news. Exactly that Andrew "more effectively" You
see a genuine web page as opposed to a file on your hard drive. Certain
components can't be tested without the web server on your workstation before
you publish. Andrew I must admit I thought I was posting in text format.
That's what outlook express tells me. 2 questions for you. How do I change
the setting and why is the HTML format bad? Thanks again to both of you.
