Font too small

Hi all,
I have some users who were recently upgraded from Office
XP to Office 2003. Everything was fine for a few days
but now whenever they try to Reply, Reply to All, Forward
or send a New message the font becomes really small
(about size 4) but it tell them that they are using Arial
size 10. If they send at this size, people view the
message as normal but if they make it bigger so they can
read what they are writing and send the receiver gets it
very big.
Any ideas how to fix this or do we need to reinstall
Office 2003?

You could try this:

Tools > Options > Mail format tab > Fonts button

Change the font and things there for new, replying and forwarding. Give that
a go and see whether it still happens.
