Font sizes???

Twice in 2 weeks I've been on the Net and my font sizes have changed on
whatever web page I am on. When I go to any other site, the fonts there are
also very large. I have checked the fonts in control panel of windows xp and
it is the size it has always been. The only cure I have found is system
restore which worked 2 weeks ago, but today when it happened I did system
restore and it worked for about 10 minutes, then went back to big fonts.
What is the problem? What can I do to stop this?

Any luck with going to VIEW when you are on these web
pages and changing the Text Size there?

Something changes my font sizes for my entire comp. My desktop and
everything. I check Control Panel for settings, but they have not changed.
