Font Size

I right click on the desktop, go to properties, go to appearance and the
drop down window at the bottom entitled "Font Size" only shows Medium,
Large, and Extra Large. What happened to Small? I want my fonts smaller,
like with the older Windows.

Any idea how to add "Small" as an option?

Click the Settings tab, {Advanced...} button, DPI Setting:
Custom Size..., type in a Percentage.
