Font size problems

My font size decided to increase itself tonight. I didn't
do anythin to make it happen. In fact all i did was
refresh a webpage. Go figure. How can I get the font back
to it's usual size? The resolution on my computer has not
been changed, neither has the display DPI
 
Under "view" on top tool bar, point to "text size" and
then select desired size.
