While visiting some sites, the font size is very large. Tried changing the
Internet options within IE and nothing change.
The font is set at Latin Based.
The accessibility all the options are unchecked.

The windows display properties are fine, normal viewing.

Is there something that I'm missing?? Any help would be great.

Did you try View | Text Size?

Try checking instead of unchecking in Accessibility.

What happens when you change the text size with IE-View-Text Size?
If that doesn't have the desired effect try:
Tools-Internet Options
Click the Accessibility button (General tab)
Check "Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages"
